Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely production and processing onto the systems on weekly sales invoices to customer
  • Ensure petty cash float accurately maintained and reconciled periodically
  • Process weekly payroll reports for the Open Book Accounts
  • Process weekly Agency costs
  • Monthly reconciliation of Barclay card expenditure
  • Raise and receipt PO's for suppliers on Oracle
  • General Admin duties
  • Ad Hoc Queries
  • Ensure all deadlines are met

This is not an exhaustive list, there is the possibility of other key responsibilities / tasks dependent on workloads.

Key Tasks

  • Filing
  • Archiving
  • Running reports on Kronos to produce payroll data for the Open Book Accounts
  • Processing Credit card purchases where needed and collating all receipts ready for the monthly reconciliation at period end
  • Raising invoices and posting to the clients system
  • Dealing with all queries in a timely manner
  • Helping collate all weekly information for the Open Book Accounts

The Person

  • Competence in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible approach to working patterns
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Payroll experience preferable
  • Trustworthy and reliable
