We have an exciting opportunity for a team of people looking to work for a Major High Street brand who are comfortable talking to customers about Mobile Phone contracts
Your role will be talking to customers who are in a mobile phone contract already - due to expire and encouraging them to extend this or talked a new one. You will be based at Preston Brook, working 5 out of 7 days between 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday with 2 days off.

You'll work hard but also have great fun, becoming part of a friendly, approachable team that really pulls together to achieve the very best for our customers.

* Background in sales or retentions
* Strong negotiating skills
* Problem solving experience
* Enjoy working to daily targets
* Clear engagement with customers
