Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity with one of their city centre clients. We are looking for 2 Candidates to join their Customer Contact team on a 6month contract.
These roles involve dealing with policy queries from customers and other professionals. This can involve providing general information about a broad range of products, checking claims statuses, and generally assisting the customers with their queries or complaints.
Monday - Friday between 08.30 - 17.30 (37.5hrs per week)
Skills and Experience Required:
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to deal with complaints
* Real desire to help customers
* Good problem solving skills
Due to the nature of their business successful candidates will be required:
- pass criminal record check
- pass credit and background checks
- be able to provide details 3 years of references
