Fancy earning a basic salary of £18,400, before any overtime, enhanced evening rates and weekend rates., this role may seem too good to be true.
All we are asking for is that you are a peoples person, a customer service ambassador who enjoys speaking with people daily and understands how to show empathy with great listening skills.
We are currently recruiting a small team of call centre people who will be responsible for taking Inbound calls within a banking environment answering quarries in regards to cards and services.
There is no sales - just an ability to service customers professionally and with care.

Inside the call centre you will be able to relax in a dedicated coffee shop, in addition to full catering facilities where you can meet friends, socialise and catch up on your social media. The site has full access to free internet allowing to browse at your leisure on breaks.
Experience in this field is not necessarily required as full training is provided - however we are looking for people who has a positive outlook, have an inquisitive mind and able to demonstrate problem solving

The pay starts at £9.83 Per hour for a basic 35 core hours per week, weekends and evenings are paid at a premium rate as is any daily overtime that is worked
Hours - working hours are between 7AM -11PM - we offer a 8 week cycle so allow you to manage a conducive work life balance. Shifts examples are7AM-2PM, 12PM-8PM, 2PM- 10PM, 3PM- 11PM, each shift pattern will be for one week.
You will be given 5-6 weeks paid training.
Training will be Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM.
This is a fantastic opportunity which will provide you with 6 weeks full time training - shift patterns to support your life outside of work and the chance to grow with a banking and finance sector, given that this a bank services international customer too.
Start date is the 20th April 2020- full vetting required.
We are holding Banking presentations regarding the role and interviews in March and April before you go on site for a meet and greet and complete a training exercise, meeting take place in Hoole, Chester before going on site to meet your new team leaders
