We are looking for a large number of Customer Service Specialists to deliver outstanding service over the phone working with one of the UK's leading Banks in Preston
You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress into more senior roles.

Key Information:
* Salary: £18,000, rising to £21,000 after probation (4-6 months of service)
* Hours: 37.5 per week, On shifts between 8am - 9pm (Monday to Friday) and 1 Saturday Morning per month
* Location: Preston, PR1
* Start Dates: March and April
* Contract: Permanent

Some key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Dealing with inbound calls - approximately 6-12 per day
* Speaking directly to customers who find themselves in financial difficulty and providing options and solutions ensuring fair outcomes at all times, including vulnerable customers.
* Building rapport, empathising and having meaningful conversations with our customers to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to through training and compliance
* Having a positive attitude towards change and a desire to grow to be the best you can be
In order to be successful you'll need to have:
* Experience in a customer focused environment
* Experience working within financial services or banking (desirable but not essential)
* Good communication and listening skills
* Good IT skills
* Ability to follow processes and policies accurately
* Attention to detail
