Roles & Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls from customers / clients
* Taking sales orders and payments via email and phone
* Sales order processing via Sage
* Processing invoices
* Daily banking
* Chasing payments
* Filing, scanning, photocopying
* Managing inbound accounts mail and email
* Accountancy and finance reporting
* Processing data
* Stock control
* Experience working as an accounts administrator
* Good customer service skills
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
* Competent in the use of Sage Accounting Software
* 37.5 hours per week
