We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support a Management Team, General Office and Sales Support Staff, based in Liverpool Speke . You will have strong MS office word and excel skills.

Strong Excel Power-point and Word is essential to this role.
Job Purpose: Delivering time sensitive admin requests on a daily basis, liaising with the office team demonstrating excellent teamwork whilst supporting colleagues and the Senior Management Team.
Personal profile : Dynamic , Driven , Livley with a can-do attitude to work, organised with excellent attention to detail.
Key duties :
* To deliver day to day Office Facilities ensuring the office is clean and tidy and maintaining all standards.
* Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers
* Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner .
* Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
