Blue Arrow have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Manager to join one of their West Lothian based clients. This role is new to the organisation due to growth and internal restructure.
You will lead, manage and develop the Customer Services Team to ensure that all sales enquiries, orders, new product development, complaints and queries are processed to both internal and external customer satisfaction and to ensure clear communication channels exist between departments.
Responsibilities will include manage, motivate and develop the Customer Service team, monthly 1:1s and team meetings. Manage specific accounts within customer portfolio, manage stock levels in line with Customer Service level agreements and take action accordingly, including aged stock and invoices in dispute. High drive to continuous improvements in all business areas. Provide monthly reporting on KPIs and implement customer service strategies to improve quality of service.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:- Experienced Manager of people with a proven track record of developing and engaging others. Team and Customer orientated, previous experience working with Customer Service administration. Data collection and analysis experience is essential. Organised with ability to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of product range, GPT and SAP systems, pricing, costs
