We are looking for a process clerk for our evening shift.
Shift - 22:00pm-06:00am / Mon-Fri / 37.5 hpw (30 minute break)
The candidate will be working in a dynamic transport environment situated in our Fradley office. Coordinating the administration activities that will accompany the movements of material from the UK to mainland Europe. Providing support on document creation, system data creation and general data entry. The individual will ensure the fast processing of the information, perform quality audits and ensuring quality requirements are met for a number of crucial KPI parameters.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in administration, they will need to have a moderate level of knowledge for Microsoft packages and also basic understanding of how to use Excel. A previous knowledge of transport systems and driving laws is also desired although this can be trained over a period of time. Although any transport background is highly advantageous for the role.
The successful candidate must have a good level of communication skills, work well within a team and also be accomplished as a lone worker.
A second language is also highly advantageous (PL/DE/FR/RO).
The role will require two weeks on a day time shift pattern at the start during initial training. Candidate will move onto the required night shift pattern to complete the training program.
