We're recruiting a training administrator to join a reputable logistics company. This is a fantastic opportunity with a view to going permanent after 12 weeks if you have done a great job!!

* Know how to communicate effectively using company systems (e.g. email)
* Presents themselves and their company vehicle (if applicable) in an acceptable and tidy manner
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated, driven and excellent time keeping
* Administration experience essential
* Planner experience desirable
Job Purpose:
To provide a first-class customer experience by achieving departmental targets and supporting with revenue growth. The Training apprentice will learn all aspects of the role with the support of the training administration team and training. Responsibilities of this role will be the recording of delegate achievements and attendance in the training management system, creation of course certification, issuing paperwork, coordination of post and maintain all filing systems ensuring audit requirements are met.
Job Scope and dimensions:
* Reports to the Training Customer Service Manager
* Direct Reports - None
* Territory - External Training Department
* Budget Responsibility - None
Key Tasks
* Be an ambassador for quality health and safety including the well-being of customer where required
* Assist Training administration team in all aspects of the service process as required
* Maintain effective and efficient systems for all department administration processes
* Support the training department in the accurate processing of customer requests and applications
* Administration of course paperwork, registrations and distribution of certification in line with audit process and company SLA.
* Distribution of instructor's paperwork.
* Record and report on tier 1 customer course registration & attendance
* Promote the Brand, core values and mission statement to maintain market leading image
* Maintain Internal Health, Safety and corporate governance standards
