Customer service administrator to work in a busy contact centre based 8 min walk from Cannon street. Taking calls from Employees about employee benefits and talking them through the portal and dealing with password resets. the position is temp for approx 2-4 months. You will need to have worked in a contact centre before or in a telephony based role, speaking to customers of all levels.
This role is 37.5hrs per week, there maybe overtime available, paid at time and a half
