We are looking for individuals who can deliver a high quality, customer focused service regarding the delivery of our patients' medications and associated supplies and services.
Hours of work:
8.00 - 16:30
9:30 - 17:30
11.00 - 20.00
On a weekly rota basis
- Working in a fast paced environment you will be required to make outgoing calls to confirm order details and dates with our patients or referring units.
- A key part of the role will be dealing with queries or questions arising from both incoming calls and emails, in regards to the processing of patient orders. You will also act as a point of contact for queries from hospitals, consultants, nurses and where relevant specialist centres.
- You will need to liaise with our internal departments to ensure deliveries and orders and processed and completed efficiently and effectively.
- Accuracy is key within this role as you will need to ensure that all patient notes and activities are correctly recorded on our I.T system, and in compliance with data protection requirements and other applicable regulations.
What skills do you need to be successful?
You will need to cope under pressure and enjoying working in a fast paced environment, and be able to work co-cooperatively with colleagues and align your work effectively with other departments.
Previous experience of working in a customer service role either phone based or face to face is ideal but not essential.
