Our client is a leading Telecoms provider based in Darlington.
They are looking for experienced Customer Services people to work as part of a busy, growing team.
As a Customer Services team member you will need to be:
Flexible and available to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm as the office opening hours are Monday to Sunday 8am -8pm.
Based in a specialist customer focused department you will handle calls from Direct Sales customers and manage all areas of Customer Care.
The department are responsible for arranging returns of equipment under the Distance Selling Regulations for all Brand-New Connections and Upgrades purchased via the below Channels:
* Tele sales
* Web sales
* Indirect Dealerships
* EE Retail
Therefore, we are looking for people who are interested in delivering the best customer service, can deliver on accuracy, can adapt to change quickly and be able to work under pressure along with multi-tasking.
