The Role:
Blue Arrow are looking for a savvy sales representative to work for a well-known, respected business based in the heart of Derbyshire. You will be required to make outbound calls to installers and customers making them aware of current promotions, increasing sales and seeing if any existing customers need any training or literature, you will manage email in-boxes for marketing, sales dealing with queries quickly and effectively. This is a temporary to permanent position however permanent positions considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a high level of customer service during all interactions with the aim of increasing boiler sales.
* Managing social media accounts to interact with installers
* Making outbound calls
* Managing inbound calls
* Strategically working in partnership with the sales force to develop volume and attending/promoting at regional events
* Developing relationships with all merchants and installers
* Report and record all customer interactions

Skills Required:
Previous sales experience is essential
Previous experience within a customer service environment
Working to targets and deadlines
A candidate with the desire to win
Full driving licence as this position may require travel.
IT literate
Previous experience with Salesforce.com desired
Have the ability to attract and engage with new installers via digital platforms
Salary and Hours:

£18,600 + £1500 bonus
Monday - Thursday: 08.30am - 17.00
Friday: 08.30am - 15.30
Commute:
This client is only 15 minutes away from the nearest city, located just off the A38. Own transport is needed due to travel requirements within role.
