Sous Chef-Food Led Pub - Wareham - £10.50p/hr + Tips + Bonus

Role Overview:
Our client is a popular, food led gastro pub situated in a village in Wareham. The pub operates an impressive fresh food menu. This pub is a part of a group of pubs within the Dorset area, and offer excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join their brigade. As a Sous Chef you will work 5/7 days, Min of 45 hours per week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef (Wareham):
* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
* To comply with the pub's health and safety and food safety legislations
* To supervise and motivate the team when required
* To monitor portion control, fresh food and dry store orders
What You Need To Be a Successful Sous Chef (Wareham):
* NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications are required
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience in a similar role
