Sales Advisor witin Retail

Sales Advisor required to work for one of the UK's largest mobile networks at their store in Bromsgrove.

This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week, with optional overtime. This is a temp-perm opportunity, and the working days are Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.

As a Retail Advisor, you'll connect with our customers by asking the right questions and helping them to choose the right plan for their needs. You will also do your up-most to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then.

You will be supported, encouraged and empowered in every step of the way.

It can be a challenging role and you'll need to be able to commit to weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it's an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK's most valuable brands.

The Person:

• Positive & Can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate.
• Flexible toward work requirements and maybe necessary to work additional hours when required.
• Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers
• Previous sales experience
• Must be sales driven
