Customer Service Advisor
Location: Darwen, BB3 1AE
Pay: £8.60 per hour, paid weekly
Full time hours 37.5hrs per week
Hours: Rota hours Monday - Friday between 08:30 & 19:00 plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Rotas issued 6 weeks in advance
On-going temporary contract
We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors based in Darwen call centre for one of the UK's leading provider of business process outsourcing who trade with both the public and private sectors.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will take inbound calls from customers wishing to update their records, make a payment towards their TV licence or enquire regarding policies and regulations.
This role will involve talking to customers on the phone and data entry in order to capture and update customer's information.
Full training will be provided.
* Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written
* Computer literate
* Able to work towards tight deadlines and targets
* Attention to detail
* Must have previous customer service experience in any capacity
* Call centre experience desirable but not essential
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis working 37.5hrs per week and could offer longer term opportunities for the right candidate.
All successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment vetting that includes a criminality check, financial probity check and journalism background check.
