We are looking for a team of customer service advisors to join the team of one of our high profile client, working for a Railway Company.The ideal candidates will be self- motivated, experienced in customer service industry.We will give you the tools to deliver exceptional customer service in a progressive and forward looking company.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will deal telephony customer queries. This will be via inbound calls, there is NO outbound or cold calling.
You will handle calls from a general public and assist with various queries that are but not limited to:
- Purchasing tickets
- Planning journeys
- Advising about train timetables
- Taking complaints and descalating situations

Its the full time role, working 5 days out of 7, every other weekend off.
Shifts: working between 6AM and 11PM on a rotational shift pattern
Pay rate: £9 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
Contract: FTC 3 months with potential for an extension
