Blue Arrow are excited to be working with our client to recruit for a talented Chef de Partie for their luxury hotel in Inverness to work in their busy and hard-working team.
You will have passion, drive and enthusiasm and be willing to work hard and reap the rewards. The kitchen is a busy environment as it caters for a variety of functions on a daily basis, such as conferences and events, as well as the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The ideal candidate will love creating food from the best ingredients, and have a creativity and flair when creating new dishes. You will have a keen eye for detail and always work to the highest standards.
* Prepare, cook and present dishes
* Support and mentor junior members of staff and train where necessary
* To assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety
In order to be considered for the role, you will have at least 3 - 4 years' experience of working in a 4 star hotel at a Chef de Partie level. A full and well-rounded work experience is required for this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, this hotel group will reward you with various benefits and a very competitive salary of between £26,000 and £28,000.
