Blue Arrow is recruiting for a sous chef to work in an independent & friendly pub in one of the more picturesque villages on the outskirts of Northampton.
Being fresh food focused, this venue uses locally sourced ingredients to serve a variety of classics and seasonal dishes.
Working between Tue - Sunday, (Monday closed) 40 hours per week, you and the head chef will be serving freshly prepared dishes for 35 - 40 cover restaurant.
You will also get tips on monthly basis which are split 50/50 between Front of house and the kitchen.
Excellent opportunity for experienced Chef de Partie who wants to progress and learn a lot whilst working in a small team, directly from the head chef.
Due to location, applicant needs to drive, have their own car.
