Hours 37.5 per week (Full Time/Fully Flexible)
Salary: £8.63 per hour.
We are looking for 15 experienced Customer Service Executives to join our team in Peterlee. Successful candidates must be flexible and able to work between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays.
You will be working in a busy Contact Centre environment helping Gas and Electricity customers who are calling to query statements and bills, give meter readings other general enquiries.
There will be some complaint handling so as an Advisors you will provide excellent service by being patient, resilient, empathetic and resolving customers' queries.
There is progression and development opportunities for the right candidates, as the company has a coaching culture which encourages free thought and decision making. They have a structured operational route, moving from Advisor to Escalation Advisor to Team Leader to Operations Manager and onwards.
The start date for these positions is 18th and 25th November 2018, there will be an 8 week probation period where you will undergo training both in the classroom and live on the phones and will need full attendance everyday whilst you are in training.
These positions are offered on a temporary contract initially with a real opportunity to be given a permanent contract for the right candidates.
As the client has a thorough vetting process, successful candidates will need to undergo Financial and Criminal checks prior to commencement of employment.
