Role - Customer Call Handler / Administrator
Location - Grays, Essex
Shifts - Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
Pay - £9.00 - £10 per hour
Blue Arrow are recruiting for a customer call handler for temporary to permanent vacancy in Grays, Essex.
Our client are national hire company who require additional support at their Grays site. As a customer call handler you involved with the following, Manage outgoing and incoming customer calls relating to customers who have hired equipment recording all required information, Input customer data into via client internal systems and to support the general office function.
As successful candidate will require the following attributes;
- Excellent Telephone manner with proven experience
- PC Literate ( Microsoft office )
- Ability to commute to Grays Daily
- Available in an ongoing capacity
