An experienced administrator is required to join our successful client based in Crewe.
Your role as Administrator will involve you carrying out all administration duties, handling calls, being first point of contact, responding to email queries and up-dating the system daily.
* Answering the telephone
* Greeting and welcoming visitors
* Scanning, filing and general office duties
* Customer service follow up calls
* Dealing with Incoming E-mails
* Ordering Supplies
* Filing, photocopying, faxing
* Daily use of the CRM system
* Previous admin or customer service experience preferred although not essential
* Self-motivated and hard working
* Must be computer literate
* Ability to manage own work load
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Able to type quickly
* Very good attention to detail
* Organised with good time keeping
