As a Customer Analyst (Case Handler) for the number one business outsourcing partners in the UK on behalf of a leading high street bank, you will be working on 3 cases per day carrying out a diverse range of investigative and analytical tasks to review and determine the outcome of customer insurance claims, making a few calls where needed to gather additional information.
As your duties are based around finding information, analysing the data and drawing conclusions, with the autonomy to work through your cases, organising your own workload and scheduling your day accordingly, it is extremely important that you possess the following skills;

* Exceptional verbal communication, listening and written documentation skills.
* Proactive and organised.
