Blue Arrow is looking to recruit experienced administrator for a permanent role based in Belper
You would be working for one of the best employers in the area who pride them-self in providing excellent and modern working environment within the head office for the UK market.
This role is within the Contracts team and will be responsible for processing contract support claims together with handling aspects of contract administration.
You will upload and process contract support claims in salesforce, investigate customer queries/complaints to resolution and build effective relationships with the sales team and customer base.
* Promote the use of the digital portal for claims submission and highlight potential improvement areas within the department to management as well as assist other members of the Contracts Administration team when required.
* Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment/resolution and maintain up to date digital claim filing.
Successful candidate for the role would be:
* Confident, out-going personality with excellent communication skills.
* Analytical, logical thinking, and excellent numerical skills.
* Ability to work in a flexible department on a number of tasks.
* Advanced IT skills, experience of Salesforce & SAP is preferable.
