Your role will include you liasing with clients ,to ensure a First Class Claims
As a Customer Advisor you will be expected to provide guidance to policy holders as well as maintaining excellent service levels with good knowledge of the claims processes.
You will be given excellent front line training right from the start from experienced members of the team. Your training period will last for 4 weeks and the last 2 weeks will consist of supported phone call exercises to get you started.
As a Customer Advisor, you will need to be available to work rolling shift patterns between 8am and 8pm. We operate 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
