Blue arrow are looking for Chefs de Partie for multiple hotels and restaurants throughout Newcastle. You must have at least one years' experience to apply for this role. This position entails assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards of food production. You must be enthusiastic, reliable and have a passion for food.
* City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery
* BTEC HND in professional cookery
* A foundation degree in culinary arts
* Health and safety and food hygiene certificates
Driving is not required but desirable.
