Inbound Customer Service Advisors x 9 Chadderton Oldham.
We are recruiting an additional 8 Customer Service Advisors to handle inbound calls and emails from customers of this high street retail brand.
On average you will handle approximately 40 Inbound customer calls per day aswell as responding to customer emails.
Calls can relate to delivery of products to a customer simply requiring support to find what they are looking for on the website.
Applicants must have great empathy and listening skills and be able to deal with the customer inquiry from end to end providing efficient resolution to the customers problem.
Other skills required include: Excellent verbal and written communication and good data entry skills. Customer Service experience in any sector is essential. Applications from Retailers, Hospitality and Care workers are extremely welcome.
Full training is provided.
Hours of Work: You must be flexible to work a 5 out of 7 shift pattern that is likely to include one day over the weekend. 35 - 40 hours per week.
