This is a working Supervisor role, within a busy A&E Department, that will require attendance on the floors, monitoring and mentoring the Team.
Supervisors act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
They Ensure complaints from patients and staff are dealt with promptly and appropriately, escalating as necessary.
They are able to resolve operational issues and escalates to appropriate persons.
Supervisors should have a sound working knowledge of dealing with tasks and response times as set out in Service Level Agreements and Understand specifications for each area.
They will also set and maintain exceptional standards
They will Supervise and encourage/ support employees, ensuring that company standards are met. They will Direct the employees through their daily routines and interact with customers ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
They must have excellent written and spoken English skills, A flexible approach, and a "can do attitude" together with the ability to self-prioritize.
They must also be able to communicate sensitively with patients and their families.
This is working on a shift pattern 5 days out of seven, and will include weekends and Bank Holidays as per Rota.
