Blue Arrow Derby are currently recruiting for an permanent Sales Executive
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join and develop within a dynamic sales team and growing business, with excellent career potential.
We are looking for the successful candidates to be available or have short notice periods.
Hours: Full-time
Monday - Friday - 9:00-17:30
Salary: £17,000-£20,000+ bonus dependant on experience.

About the role:
This job requires sourcing, qualifying, closing and account managing organisations of all sizes across three market sectors.
*Achieving personal sales targets
*Achieving personal KPI's on phone times
*Achieving call quality standards in line with the KPI's
*Representing Practice Enterprise to a high standard at all times
*Adhering to the Practice Enterprise customer service promise
*Creating a positive environment with customers colleagues and other stakeholders
*Maintaining all IT systems to the required standard including clear recording of communication
*Attending competitor events and representing the organisation to a high professional standard
*Following processes and keeping systems updated
*Maintaining a positive attitude in the team and motivating yourself and others
*Promoting best practice through continuous improvement of skills
*Achieving a high level of customer service
*Achieving exhibition and sponsorship targets at events
*Achieving sales targets for distance learning and preferred supplier
*Attending events and representing the organisation to a high standard
About you:
* A strong customer focus
* A persuasive nature with strong negotiation skills
*2 Years continuous B2B sales experience
*Organised with good record keeping skills
*IT Literate, able to use Microsoft office programmes and basic CRM functions
*Driven and motivated to achieving personal targets
*Strong work ethic, willing to make a large numbers of outbound calls
* Confident in face to face customer interaction
The Commute:
If you have a car and are flexible with travel great! If you're limited to public transport, there are bus routes available however you must have flexibility in this due to the location. Our Client is located just outside of Derby City Centre.
