The core mission of the Sales Coordinator is to manage all incoming enquiries, which may come from the website, online chat, sales email address and incoming calls. These enquiries are either answered by yourself or you would direct them to the relevant contact in the team. This position requires the ability to work as a team and to fit into the company culture.
Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and in the timescale required. These will come through front line call handling, the sales@ inbox and online chat.
Creating tasks from all enquiries, and looking through the enquiry and noting requirements on the task to enable the estimator to start the quote without having to research the requirement first. This will also include some quoting for small email quotes and assisting estimators when required as well.
An ability to answer questions asked over the phone, email or online chat. This would come from our internal technical product training.
