Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators to support our client based in East Lothian. The role starting immediately will be for around 1 month and candidates will ideally hold a Basic Disclosure.
- To provide administration support to a busy team
- To provide reception support when required
- Organise meetings and events when required
- Process financial documents or transactions, including invoices, time sheets and payroll
- Maintain filing systems, IT systems and databases to company standards at all times
- Deal with enquiries, providing information on office systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner
- Confident with IT packages including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Good time management, accuracy and organisational skills
- Previous administration experience is essential
