An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Client in their Customer Service Contact Centre for a leading Children's retailer
Based in Chadderton, Oldham, you will be working 40 hrs per week (including weekends), you will be offered £8.33 per hour, paid training, weekly pay and the chance to progress within this large Company
This is a temporary ongoing position
You will be working for the Customer Services Team Manager. The Main purpose of this role is to deliver a personal customer service experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Acting as first point for telephone, e-mail, chat and social contact and taking a proactive approach to the resolution of queries
Ensure service of the highest quality is provided to customers
Maximizing service through effective resolution of queries
Ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with company and client requirements
Demonstrate a professional telephone manner and possesses the ability and organizational skill to ensure that all queries are handled efficiently and courteously

Consistently demonstrate behaviors which reflect the Company Ethos and act as a role model at all times

Requirements
Excellent communicator
Well organised with good time management
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Must have excellent English, Math and keyboard skills
Friendly and polite with experience in dealing with internal and external customers
Customer focused

£8.33 per hour, with enhanced weekend rates after 12 weeks, 40 hrs per week
