Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £10.12 Per Hour
Contract: 6 months (ongoing)
Our office is open Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 17:00pm.
We need people that can fully commit to shifts between these days and times.
Working hours: 40 hours a week
About this role:
**This role is 60% Telephonist based role
40% Administrative
**You will oversee junior Team members.
**Provide Technical Advice & guidance on your own area of expertise to internal colleagues and external customers at all levels within OBG.
**Delivering an unparalleled, tailored service to each and every customer.
**Taking ownership of queries and seeing issues through to a quick and easy resolution.
**Communicating clearly and effectively with other departments.
**Embracing our positive team culture and working together to give our customers a great experience.
**Communicating feedback and suggesting improvements to aid our development.

This position is fast-paced and varied and will require taking initiative and leadership within your role.

Experience working in customer service.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
The desire to own and fully resolve customer queries.
Confidence and a can-do attitude.
The ability to listen and empathise.

Strong Administrative Skills.
Excellent timekeeping, organisational and multitasking skills.
