Blue Arrow are excited to bring to you an Assistant Restaurant Manager role with our distinguished client in the Scottish Highlands to assist in the smooth running of their multi-rosette restaurant.
As you will be the first point of contact for patrons of the restaurant, you must have exceptional customer service skills as well as a warm, bubbly and friendly outlook.
Ideally, you will come from a multi-rosette restaurant, however experience from 4 and 5 star hotels will also be considered.
Your main responsibilities:
* Operation and control of the restaurant, private dining room and Lounge areas
* Taking control of the restaurant and all decisions in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
* Ensure the dining experience is pleasant and positive
* Provide daily direction and guidance to your team
In order to be considered for the role, you will have a proven track record of excellent customer service, along with the demonstrated ability to problem solve quickly in a professional and pleasant manner. You will have excellent communication skills, and be highly organised and motivated.

Due to the location of the hotel, a drivers licence and car is essential.
