Blue Arrow are excited to be recruiting for a passionate and talented Senior Chef de Partie to work with our client in Inverness.
In the role of Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen and be expected to help out in various sections.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Pastry and preferably some experience of baking breads, making desserts, ice cream and sorbet.
You may also need to assist in the Breakfast shifts, so will have previous experience of making breakfast to order for residents of the hotel.
Your duties will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with all daily aspects of kitchen operations. You will have the passion and drive to ensure that everything that leaves the kitchen is done to the highest standards and you will have the drive to make a difference in the guests dining experience.
* To ensure that your section is being kept clean and tidy at all times
* To ensure that all dishes reach the passe and hot plate correctly garnished, portion controlled and presented to the highest standard
* To ensure that junior cooks/trainees receive the correct training and guidance
* To provide any other support as required in the kitchen
