Blue Arrow have an exciting temporary opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our client's busy and supportive team as a HR Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR casework support, ensuring a high level service is provided to managers and employees. You will need to be flexible in your approach and a dedicated team player.
Applicants must have excellent organisational skills and a proactive, service led approach to HR, confident developing relationships at all levels. It is essential that you bring to the role demonstrable experience of managing a range of HR casework such as disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence.
Qualified to SVQ Level 4 (or equivalent relevant experience)
CIPD qualified (or working towards this)
Up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation/best practice and its practical application.
Knowledge and understanding of best practice relating to equality and diversity.
Knowledge of employee relations issues/policies/procedures.
Working knowledge and good level of competence in the use of Microsoft office packages.
Located in Edinburgh
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
£14.80 per hour
