Junior Sous Chef - 4* Hotel - Salisbury city centre - £24k + Tips
Jnr Sous Chef required for a popular boutique hotel ideally situated in the centre of Salisbury. The Hotel has a superb restaurant and covers weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard.
Working 5 days out of 7 - straight shifts on a minimum of 40 hrs per week.
Accommodation available if required.
Your main responsibilities as Chef will include:
" Overseeing the running of the sections within the kitchen
" Overseeing the production of dishes to meet the required standard
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
" Supervising the other Chefs in the Kitchen
What you need to get the job:
" Experience as a Chef de Partie or Jnr Sous in a similar establishment
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent advantageous
" Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
" Salary £24,000 + share of tips + straight Shifts
