Hours: Full-time - 8:45-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
Annual Salary: £18,000
About the role
You would be working as key member of the team in a busy fast paced environment, and your core focus will be on consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
*Support and supply information to customers in an effective, accurate and timely manner including but not limited too; product availability, prices, promotions, product launches and order days with the aim to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
*To process customer orders promptly and efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
*To support in the delivery of any business initiatives meeting relevant deadlines, targets and personal objectives.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to embrace best practice whilst ensuring all tasks are carries out in an efficient and effective manner.
*Carry out any additional Ad Hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
*Ability to use IT Systems
*Ability to work individually and part of a team
*Keen eye for detail
*Organisational & time management skills
*Strong team ethic
*Previous working knowledge/experience of Sales Administration Systems
