Customer currency account team, a broad range of processes within the team, to process manual entries and input balances onto a spreadsheet, from 400-600 clients, that information is then put into the system to calculate the correct interest rate depending on the client and products.
- Other duties will include, making sure the customers all have the correct
- Opening and closing currency accounts and admin relating to this
- No customer contact, all back office. They receive instruction from another team in the office who will have opened the accounts etc and then this team will action everything for these clients and accounts
- Very admin, process-based. Communicating with internal stakeholders to take instructions
- Manually checking processes, terms and conditions and rates etc
- Must have excellent attention to detail and good time management skills
- Background - data entry, processing, banking/financial experience, good with numbers and knowledge of interest rates.
