Sous Chef - Fresh Food/Trendy Bistro - Berkshire

My client is a brand new Bistro style restaurant, on the outskirt of Reading. This is a beautiful and scenic setting, which creates a lovely working environment. They are recruiting for a number of permanent roles:

The Role

Sous Chef. Salary: £33k p.a + TRONC

2x Junior Sous Chefs: £12 per hour

40 hours per week

Paid every 2 weeks
