Blue Arrow Glasgow are currently seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to work with our City Centre based client.
The job primarily involves answering calls from policyholders, financial advisors and other professionals who require information about the customer policies. You will also be required to complete general administration work.
In a typical day you will be providing general information about a broad range of financial products, checking the status of claims and resolving complaints.
Our client is seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills, who are ideally looking for long term opportunities. These roles will begin on a temporary basis, but for those who excel there are opportunities to transfer to permanent contracts with the client.
You should have previous Customer Service experience, ideally you will have experience of this within the Life Insurance sector, however this is not essential.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
The role offers a pay rate of £9.00 per hour.
The initial start dates are 29th July which will involve 4 weeks training. Due to this we are unable to consider anyone with holidays booked between 29th July and 23rd August.
Interviews will be held during week commencing 8th July 2019 in Glasgow City Centre.
