Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators and Receptionists for various roles based in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Please note these are temporary positions with various start dates, so please only apply if you are immediately available.
- Providing administritive support including, filing, scanning, data entry, minute taking and diary management
- Meeting and greeting visitors, taking messages, setting up meeting rooms, sorting mail & taking deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for all employees, contractors and visitors
- Resolve telephone/email queries promptly to a satisfactory conclusion
- Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure a high quality service is delivered
- Any other ad hoc duties that are deemed appropriate due to the needs of the business
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner
- Confident using all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word & Outlook
- Good time management, accuracy and organisational skills
- Previous administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
