Contracts Manager - Facilities Management, Birmingham Full Time Position, Excellent Working Environment, 28 Days Holiday inc Bank Holidays, Salary up to £35k
We are currently working on behalf of an exciting company based in the West Midlands Cannock who are going through a period of growth. They are a well-established and successful facilities management business, working with some blue chip clients as well as being a blue chip organisation themselves. They are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to build and agree the supply chain strategies. Preparing tenders, presenting procurement decisions and working in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
Create an efficient and tested quotation and estimate process for the business
Ensure all projects are on budget and on-time
Communicate with stake holders and the operation over the phone and on site
Previous experience in the facilities management, building or construction trade is essential
Strong organisational skills
Microsoft excel and project experience
Excellent technical knowledge and experience of tender processes
Confident with producing accurate quotations
Sense of urgency for getting things done
Good leaderships and directive skills
Ability to adapt well to change and manage multiple projects at one time
