Blue Arrows client has a great opportunity for a Head breakfast chef to join a prestigious hotel in Edinburgh city centre.
You will work 5 days a week with set hours of 5am - 1.30pm providing the day to day a la carte breakfast for the restaurant.
Duties will include:-
- To ensure work is carried out in a clean and tidy fashion and that teh work areas meet minimum requirements of Health and safety standards.
- To ensure all aspects of breakfast buffet are covered to the right standards.
- To work closely with sous chef is all aspects of the role.
- Stock taking. staff management, H&S.
