Blue Arrows client has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hotel in Edinburgh town centre.
You will assist in running the kitchen ensuring the overall success of the restaurant and banquets.
Basic salary is £18500 however everything over 40 hours will be paid at the standard hourly rate over and above this.
Our client believes everyone should enjoy a life work balance and is working towards all staff having a 4 day full time working week.
Duties will include:-
- Organise and set up your assigned section of food as efficiently as possible to maximise productivity.
- Ensure sanitation standards of the kitchen are being met.
- Assist Sous and exec chef ensuring standards are met.
- Provide a fast and friendly service to the restaurant delivery team.
