Chef de Partie - Pub with Rooms - Live in available - Up to £22,000 + Tips (Package of £25,000)
A Chef de Partie is required for this food-led pub with rooms in Blandford Forum. The pub is part of a progressive group and they serve fresh, locally sourced food for which they have won awards. The successful candidate will support the brigade in service and prep in the kitchen and to keep is already award winning food cuisine at its highest standard. The working hours are 5/7 days to include evenings and weekends.
Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie
Producing and presenting the dishes to meet the required Rosette standard
To assist with managing and maintaining the stock and storage
To help with creating new recipes and assist with writing menus

Experience at Commis Chef/Chef de Partie level
