Based in Huntingdon, we are recruiting for an experienced customer service representative with administration experience.
Offering an immediate start, this role is full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be taking incoming calls from customers regarding NHS wheelchair referrals. This will include making/changing appointments and updating details. You may also need to make outgoing calls to existing customers. The role will also involve general administrative duties such as letter writing.
You will have previous experience in a similar role and an an in-date DBS certificate is advantageous but not essential.
There is free parking on-site (first come, first served basis) and you will get 30 minutes for lunch each day. The dress code is smart casual.
This is a temporary role for approximately 3 months but there is the potential for it to become a permanent job for the right candidate.
The pay is £8.21 per hour but dependent on experience we may be able to offer an enhanced pay rate.
