Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to work 40 hours a week over 5 days, with a rota'd weekend off every month, for their well-established restaurant in Alexandria.
You will be passionate, have great attention to detail and have the motivation to succeed in your current role. You will be ambitious, hard-working and have the drive to climb the ladder and progress your career further. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the running of a particular area in the kitchen.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant where the emphasis was on the preparation of top quality produce which has been locally sourced. You will also be flexible in your approach to working hours to suit the business needs, the hours are on an annual basis which works out at 40 hours per week.
You will take great pride in the quality of your work and have an eye for detail. This role will have you working on a la carte dining, gastro-pub dining as well as bespoke private events.
