Blue Arrow are working with an Edinburgh based client who are seeking an Estates Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a varied role where you will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates department while managing and prioritising your own workload. In addition, you will also be required to assist the Legal Department.
- Diary Management
- Monthly Estates report
- Arranging travel / Accommodation
- Organise catering for meetings where required
- Invoicing and Purchase Orders
- Preparing agenda's, minute taking
- Preparation of correspondence
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Proficiency within MS Office
- Confidentiality when managing sensitive information
